With the role of Olimpia in Jaques Offenbach's opera Les Contes d'Hoffmann she made a guest appearance in Savonlinna Opera Festival (2005). Kristīne Gailīte has performed with the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra (conductor Nikolay Alexeyev) and Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra (conductor Gintaras Rinkevicius). She has performed at the solo concerts in Brussels and in Molmo with the Molmo Opera Orchestra (Sweden), Sweden, Norway, Finland and Canada (solo concert in Glenn Gould CBC Studio, 2005)).
As a guest soloist she regularly appears at the Estonian National Opera. In 2006, she made the debut at the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow in the role of Queen of the Night in Die Zauberflöte.
She participates in performances of large-scale works including Bach's St John Passion, Mass in B Minor, Haydn's The Creation, Mendelssohn-Bartoldi's Elijah, Bocherini's Stabat Mater, Mozart‘s Requiem, Coronation Mass, Mass in C Minor, Fauré's Requiem, Brahms's German Requiem, Orff's Carmina burana as well as chamber music programs.
With the Latvian National Opera company she has toured to Taiwan, Estonia and Finland.
She is the prize winner of the Jāzeps Vītols International Singers Competition (1995), semi-finalist of the International Singers Competition (Germany, Dresden, 2001). Winner of the Annual Aldaris Award (2001), The Pauls Sakss Music Award conferred by the Fraternity Talavija (2001), Great Music Award (2002), Latvian Theatre Award (2002).
