ANDRIS PUDĀNS graduated from the Riga Choreography High School in 2001. He studied with Valentīns Bļinovs and Marians Butkēvičs.
In 2001, Andris Pudāns joined the Latvian National Opera Ballet company. He has toured to Finland, Italy, Portugal, Russia, Spain, UK etc.
In 2009, Andris Pudāns became the laureate of the Latvijas Gāze (the patron of the LNO) Annual Award as the Best Ballet Soloist.
