NOZOMI MIURA started her ballet career at the Iwata Ballet School in Japan; graduated from the Bolshoi Theater Academy in Moscow in 2013. After finishing the training she joined the The Romanian National Ballet company "Oleg Danovski" ; since 2018 she was a dancer of the Croatia National Theatre in Split. Since season 2022/2023 Miura is a demi-soloist of the Slovak National Ballet.
Her repertoire includes leading roles and solo parts in classical and neo-classical ballet productions, such as title roles in Giselle and Romeo and Juliet, Kitri in Don Quixote, Solveig and Ingrid in Peer Gynt, Gerda in The Snow Queen, pas de trois, Spanish dance and swans in Swan Lake, Swanilda in Coppelia, Clara in The Nutcracker, Esmeralda and Fleur de Lys in Esmaralda by V. Medvedev and S. Fecho, Tatiana in V. Medvedev’s Oneging, among others.
