Like every September, the traditional Award Ceremony and Gala Concert, supported by Latvijas Gāze, showcases the most outstanding successes of the season, performed by the opera, ballet and orchestra artists, singles out the best debuts and honours legendary contributions at the Latvian National Opera. The public has the opportunity to vote for the best new production of the previous season.
