For the littlest culture connoisseurs among us – children under four – we’re offering a new music programme. Music is a powerful force that can evoke a range of emotions in the listener. Music can delight us, and on the opposite spectrum, it can also sadden us. Sometimes, as we listen to a certain piece of music, it feels as though our feet start to move to the rhythm of their own accord, whereas a lullaby can transport us into the realm of dreams. We invite our youngest listeners to experience a wide spectrum of emotions through music, performed by flute and string quartet. The little ones will be able to enjoy the programme from the comfort of a huge, padded wonder blanket.
