Due to the soloist's illness, there have been changes in the cast for the premiere and the February 23 performance of Richard Strauss's opera Salome. The title role will be performed by guest soloist Astrid Kessler—a versatile soprano highly regarded in European opera houses. She is a soloist at Mannheim Opera and will also be singing the role of Salome this season in Antwerp and Palermo.

It is planned that Inna Kločko will perform the role of Salome on March 2 and 20.
